Circuits for Seniors -Suitable for the Over 60s
We start with a group warm-up then each person moves to a station of exercises. Perform a minute of each exercise at your own pace allowing you to work as hard as you wish with guidance from me on correct, safe form offering modifications for your individual needs.
Suitable for those wishing to maintain / improve strength, cardiovascular effort, balance, mobility, coordination and cognitive wellbeing.
All standing - No FLOOR WORK.
Includes lots of variety, different equipment, play, balance practice, agility, standing flexibility and functional everyday strength exercises which contribute to essential fall prevention.
