Take time out to relax whilst improving your health, fitness and wellbeing with this blend of yoga and Pilates. Gently stretch and tone with easy to follow movements. Suitable for all levels of fitness, with more challenging options for those that are able. Beginners welcome. Please bring a mat (some spares are available). These sessions can be attended individually, as a one off, or as part of a subscription. Payment via card or cash on arrival, or pre-book via my website.
