The building has been recognised with a blue plaque as the world celebrates TK Maxx having a shop here and never moving on.
It’s only ever been known to generations of residents as The Old TK Maxx building as the search for new tenants continues.

The beauty of these plaques is that they’ve been made with stuff from TK Maxx.
