Friday Night Lights social run

Meet at the main Quad staging area across the street from École Boréale school.
Depending on the group and how adventurous we all feel, we will do some of the loops around the back side of Abasand, fair warning the hills are steep and there is creek crossings, and it is bear country! So please bring bear spray, wear trail shoes or running shoes with good grip! FYI The loops are around 8k and the run should take an 1hr and I am willing to run longer if anyone wants to go for a second loop🙌🏽
All paces and skill levels are invited, nobody gets left behind. Rain nor shine, this run is a go! I look forward to seeing some new faces and familiar faces too🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
