A sound meditation with gongs may be just what you need. Some of the many benefits of meditation and mindfulness are: better sleep quality, decreased blood pressure, reduced stress and anxiety, emotional balance, mental clarity and reduced pain.
Sometimes gong baths are not suitable. If you currently have any serious medical conditions: epilepsy, are 6 weeks post-op, had recent trauma to the head, have a pacemaker or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, a gong bath will not right for you this time.
