Witches Workshop Wednesdays - Morning Guided Meditation

Join us for a magickal morning session of guided meditation at our Witches Workshop Wednesday and set yourself up for the day!

Give yourself some much needed time out from this busy world to completely relax and give focus on your mind and body. These sessions are for anyone to attend, with no experience required although our minimum age is 16yrs due to the topics that may arise during the session.

The affects of meditation are found to reduce stress & anxiety, to improve sleep quality, improve focus & concentration, strengthen the immune system, improve heart health and enhance problem solving abilities to name but a few.

Each Wednesday session will follow a theme for the day and will include looking at suggested crystals and essential oils that can holistically enhance the experience. We will practice some breathing techniques to slow down our heart and help us to relax, followed by a guided body scan to bring our awareness to our physical body. You will then be talked through a guided meditation for approximately 30 mins. We will then share feedback, only contributing if you feel comfortable enough to do so. We will close the session by choosing a card from an oracle deck provided to give additional guidance. Yoga mats or chairs are provided, but please bring along anything additional to keep you warm and comfortable. Remember we are in an old building.

Following the session you may want to stay to journal your thoughts or insights and you can purchase a hot beverage whilst doing so. (we have journals for sale too) Further activities are available throughout Witches Workshop Wednesday. You would be more than welcome to stay with us to choose and purchase a kit to have a go at, making items that may be useful for your craft. Please ask when in store.

Please note our policy is tickets non-refundable as we are a small independent business trying to survive.
