Bring your baby or come solo — this expertly designed programme supports your recovery in a clinically-led, evidence-based setting. Also available online, all bookings include full access to our Virtual Studio, with class recordings and additional resources to keep you supported between sessions.

Course Details:
Runs weekly on the same day and time for 8 consecutive weeks (no session on Tuesday 28th October for half term).
Held at our Northampton boutique clinical studios with quality refreshments provided.
Small group sizes ensure focused 1:1 support throughout.

Who is this for?
Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post caesarean (subject to medical clearance). Exercises are adaptable for all levels. Babies welcome.

What to expect:
Contemporary Pilates and targeted body-weight exercises to safely restore pelvic floor and core function. All mats and equipment, including Pilates rings and balls, are provided.

Why it matters:
Pelvic floor weakness and urinary incontinence are common post-birth — but they are not normal and should never be passively accepted. With the right support and guidance, this is a stage you can rebuild from — with confidence and control.
