Come and take your Yoga to the next dimension as I take you through a floating yoga practice.

SUP Yoga is the perfect low-impact exercise for everyone.

SUP Yoga improves balance, core strength, and overall body awareness due to the unstable surface of the paddleboard, essentially turning even basic yoga poses into a more challenging workout.

SUP Yoga is also a unique experience of connecting with nature on the water, helping to reduce stress and calm the mind making it a great option for both physical fitness and mental wellbeing.

I am a fully qualified and insured SUP & SUP Yoga Instructor with lots of experience.

No prior experience on a SUP BOARD needed but you do need to be able to swim.
Over 17 years of age only.
All equipment is provided but for health and safety reasons you will need to wear aqua shoes or socks on the board. These can be purchased from the Water Park.
