This is a heart-centered 5-day immersion into sādhanā – the path of daily spiritual practice. You’ll be guided gently and joyfully into the rhythm of yoga, Ganga rituals, meditation, mantra chanting, sacred site visits, and community sharing — all in the holy town of Rishikesh.

Led by Maheshwara Chaitanya (Vedic Wisdom Retreat) and Naveen Ji (Aluna Homestay), this retreat brings together teachers, seekers, and friends from around the world in a welcoming, family-like space.

🛕 10:30 – 1:30 PM → Sacred excursion (temple / cave / Ganga / nature)

🍵 5:30 – 6:30 PM → Tea + Rest
