Kirtan Circle

Join us for an afternoon of heart-opening devotional singing, gentle movement, and shared voice.
Kirtan is a devotional practice of call-and-response chanting, rooted in Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and connection. You don’t need to be a “singer” or know any mantras. All voices are welcome here.
We’ll begin with grounding breath awareness and soft movement to settle the nervous system and open the heart. You’ll be invited to place a simple offering - like a flower, stone, or written intention, on the shared altar, lighting a candle to honour your prayer, your path, or simply your presence.
Then we sing. Together we’ll sing the Divine names, allowing the repetition to still the mind and soften the heart. You can join in or simply rest in the sound.
We close with tea, a little sweetness, and time to connect.
🕯️ Bolsters, blankets, and a few chairs are available.
🪷 No experience needed—just bring your open heart.
💗 Suggested donation: £15 (or what you can afford)
