We will cover topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and other types of ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy. The cost is £40 per two hour workshop, including a tasting session with a range of products like kombucha, water kefir, fermented ketchup and amazing fermented chocolates (with miso and fermented cream). You will also prepare your own fermented food in a jar to take home.
