Join me every other Tuesday for 45 minutes of calm, relaxation and meditation at STUDIO, a beautiful, warm, space nestled in the quiet village of Holton Le Clay, Grimsby. It’s the perfect setting to pause and reset in the middle of your week.
This lunchtime Sound bath is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and experience deep rest and restoration.
I’ll start with a short introduction, sharing what to expect and the instruments I’ll be using. Then, you’ll simply get comfortable and relax as I play for around 40 minutes. The soothing tones and vibrations of the instruments will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension and restore balance.
Some of the many benefits of sound therapy include:
Stress & Anxiety relief
Reduced headaches
Muscle relaxation
Pain relief
Improved focus
More energy
Mental clarity
What to bring:
Pillow or cushion
Blanket
Comfortable clothing/layers
Water
IMPORTANT: Please Note:This holistic therapy isn’t recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy. It may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, metal implants, heart conditions, or severe mental health issues.
Take a break, breathe deep, and reconnect.
