A weekly 90 minute Pregnancy Yoga and birth preparation class designed to help alleviate common pregnancy ailments, gentle stretches and movements to help you to build strength ready for your birthing day. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, gentle postures to balance the body (asanas), breathwork (pranyama), helping you to relax and tune into your baby (savasana)

Movements designed to help baby move into the optimum position for birth, to help you relax, connect with your body and your baby.

Gentle breathing techniques to use during labour and birth, birth education to help you understand your labour journey, relaxation techniques to help you to find your calm and strength. Guided Relaxation and Visualisation for birth.

The 5 week block is £60.
