Join us for a weekly yoga class that focuses on all aspects of yoga including asana (movement), mantra, meditation, mudra and more.

These sessions are open to all people over 16 and are centred on supporting ourselves and each other as we witness and experience the injustices of the world.

We practice care and love for ourselves and the collective. We value and recognise this work as part of our movement toward liberation.

We centre disability justice therefore we will offer multiple options for each practice, including options on a chair. We focus on all 8 limbs of yoga, therefore these classes will include meditation, mantra, mudra, creative practice as well as asana (movement).

These sessions will also include our sacred community time, where we can share our experience of the practice. Engaging in discussion is optional, you can just listen.
