☕🍰 COFFEE MORNING Reminder: THIS Thursday 26th June 10am-12.30 🍰☕🫖 at Roundswell Community Centre, Barnstaple (next to Sainsburys) NO SPEAKER this month but peer discussion this month will be around the relationship development questionnaire and looking at supporting strategies for young children, adolescents and adults, led by our Trustee Linda, who is a retired Education Psychologist.
Coffee mornings are open to the public and are a great place for meeting others living with autism as adults or as parent/carers for peer support.
It's also a chance to speak with some of our Trustees about becoming a member and to find out what being a Volunteer or Trustee of our Charity involves, as without more new Trustees stepping up, our ability to put on Forum events will be more restricted than we would like, after over 33 years of providing signposting, peer support and events. The more Trustees we have, the more the organisational roles and responsibilities can be shared and the more events we can start to put on again :)
