Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after a break, we would love to welcome you to a weekly class can learn or re-learn the foundations of flow yoga.
Flow yoga is a practice where we link the yoga postures using our breath, to flow from one pose to the next, with fluidity.
You will leave this course knowing the foundational poses of yoga + the foundational breathwork practices of yoga. You will also be able to thread the two together in a fluid flow practice. All equipment provided.
