Mugwort Workshop-Using What is in the Landscape. Plant Forage.

Join Ancestral Ways as we look at this marvelous plant which grows freely in the British Isles. This plant can be used instead of white sage as white sage is sacred among Native Americans I wish to highlight how mugwort can be used here without disrespecting another's cultures and traditions. We will look at how to identify this plant, it's chemical composition, history and it's benefits and what it can be used for. We will forage and make our own smoking/saining sticks (Known as smudging to Native Americans) to take home. £5 and above pay how you feel.
