Our amazing Closer to Animals and Nature sessions allow your children to do just that - get closer!
Run as two separate activities, you will have the opportunity to chose between spending time with the farm animals or doing nature-based crafts and activities in our wellbeing or pond area, or both.
We will spend time helping to care for the animals on the farm, learning about how to look after them and how we keep them healthy, including cleaning out the pens and fetching hay and bedding. There will be plenty of time to groom the ponies and cuddle the goats.
Our trained activities coordinator will provide a range of nature-based crafts and learning opportunities each week, with themes including birds, pond wildlife, growing vegetables, plants and leaves, and bugs.
We are starting on the 24th with an amazing Mindful Nature Connection session with Stuart Couling.
Group activities and refreshments provide you and your children with opportunities to socialise and make new friends! Suitable for children of all ages.
