During this 2 hour My menopause yoga workshop we will journey thought the stages/seasons of the menopause with meditation, movement, breathwork and rest.
Allowing for time to acknowledge the physical, emotional and psychological impact of this powerful transition. Acknowledging any changes we can make to support this process further.
Helping to change the perspective and in turn the menopause experience.
This is for any stage and age with no previous yoga experience needed.
Give yourself a little more time in the gorgeous cafe and garden before or after.
Only need bring yourself, a bottle of water, a journal/notebook and pen and anything else you enjoy to use to keep you comfortable and warm.
There will be yoga mats and bolsters available for use.
