All Levels yoga at Heighington Jubilee Hall, Wednesdays 6-7pm.
This class is suitable for beginners, experienced yogis and those refreshing their practice.
This class is focused on a "hatha flow" style, including; gentle movement to maintain and increase flexibility in the joints, strength building poses for muscle control and connectivity, and breath-work (pranayama) for soothing the nervous system and developing your yogic practice both on and off the mat.
Please wear comfortable, preferably loose clothing.
