We’re restarting our Commander Sundays! But to get everyone back into it, the first four weeks are ‘precon only’ (a deck that has been bought, and hasn’t been changed). This format is ideal for people who are new to Commander, who want to get back into the game, or who are experienced and want a more casual format!
Sundays, 3pm, starting May 11th
2 rounds.
£5 entry
All participants receive a Tarkir play booster, and then one past promo pack per win.
We also have a back catalogue of promos to give away!
Introducing ‘Chains’
How will we stop the most powerful precon decks from dominating, you ask? Easy, we reply!
Borrowing from ‘Keyforge’, every time a deck wins 3 games it will get a ‘chain’. This will act as a penalty for future games.
- 1 chain = start with 1 fewer card in hand and 5 less life
- 2 chains = start with 2 fewer cards in hand and 10 less life
- 3 chains = start with 3 fewer cards in hand and 15 less life (etc)
Please note - it’s the deck, not the player, who gets the ‘chain’ - everyone who uses the deck gets the same chains.
