Sound Bath with Paula Shaw

Join us for a sound bath with Paula Shaw. Paula will play her Crystal singing bowls while we all enjoy the meditative vibrations! If you have a zero gravity lawn chair bring it! You can also bring a yoga mat and lie on the floor. I have four chairs to share. Approximately 30-45 minutes. Plan on an hour. $25
