A Wellness Program - Simple & Free
This program will emphasize the importance of wellness. A first session will be simply going over some facts to then begin a routine of walking at least three days of the week for a full hour, but people can enter and leave as desired (to keep it stress-less!). Regular programming will start at 7a.m. Once a month participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a free hatha yoga session by local Portales instructor Yolanda Chavez in the evening!
For all ages; 12 and under requires guardian present
Animals are NOT permitted.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 7-7:45 a.m.
Meet at pergola (center of campus)

June 25 and July 9 | 5:15-6:15 p.m.
