Daoist breathing, also known as Taixi or Taishi (embryonic) breathing, is a breathing practice in Taoism focused on cultivating energy and enhancing well-being through a more subtle and refined breath. It involves consciously working with chi (life force) to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

Silent Breathing is an ancient technique in which we focus on the five elements which harmonize one's chi in and around the body and within the major internal organs and their perspective meridians. We will also discuss sole breathing and the six energy centers breathing.
