Come along for our weekly get together in Boonah with Drew & Anna.

We're a welcoming, inclusive group - you can follow the stretches at your own pace and level.

To begin each class, we use an essential oil and a breathing practise.
You'll discover the 4-breath technique to calm your mind and aid sleep.


Drew will guide you through 45 minutes of stretches and movement.

Then Anna will introduce you to essential oils & natural products, promoting inner health at a cellular level. Embrace this shift for a healthier, more vibrant you!
