Hervey Bay Jazz & Blues Club presents ... Paul Hendon's GOODMAN SEXTET

First performance in Hervey Bay - enjoy a night of live jazz with Paul Hendon’s Goodman Sextet, bringing the sound of the Benny Goodman Small Group recordings to life across SE Qld in July. This authentic line-up includes Sydney vibraphonist Glenn Henrich.

Made famous by the Goodman/Lionel Hampton collaboration all those years ago, the combination of clarinet and vibraphone still offers a delightful pairing where the clarinet's focused sound is juxtaposed with the vibraphone's resonant, shimmering tones to create a unique and engaging musical experience.
