🕯️ Yin Yoga by Candlelight with Simone – A Journey Back to You

🌙Come join Simone for a deeply nourishing and therapeutic 75-minute Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, tune in, and let go.

Surrounded by the soft glow of candles, this gentle, floor-based session is perfect for anyone seeking more ease, peace, and connection — whether you're brand new to yoga, pregnant, or an experienced yogi wanting to go deeper. 💜

💫 This is a passive, meditative style of yoga grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the myofascial meridian system. Through longer-held poses and supported stretching, we’ll target the body’s deeper tissues to release tension and create spaciousness — both in body and mind.

🧘‍♀️ You’ll be lovingly guided Simone Grant — a certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher with advanced Yin training. You'll be offered modifications and support to meet you exactly where you are, so you feel safe and held throughout.

Each class is inspired by Mother Nature’s seasons, working with specific meridians, organs, and elements to support your body’s natural flow and help you stay in harmony throughout the year. As it's winter we will be targeting the winter TCM meridians to begin with. 🍃🔥💧🌬️🌱
