Join us for a special sunset session. This welcome-back offering invites you into a calming, soul-nourishing evening on the water.
Led by Sylvie Lamothe, the class begins with a slow and mindful SUP yoga flow to reconnect you with your breath, body, and board. As the sun begins to dip, we’ll transition into deep rest with a floating Yoga Nidra meditation guided by Erika—a powerful practice of conscious relaxation to surrender into the stillness of the water and the heart of summer.

This event is open only to returning participants who have taken SUP Yoga with Sylvie in past seasons. A beautiful way to ground, reconnect, and float into the season with grace.
