Mindfulness Meditation Group by monetary donation to Newington Human Services.

Mindfulness has a number of health benefits and can be practiced by anyone. As a group, we'll explore formal and informal mindfulness techniques to help you develop your own daily mindfulness practice so that you can live your best life, even during challenging times.

Each session will include a short discussion or theme, a meditation practice, and an opportunity to share personal experiences and best practices. There's no one-size-fits-all, come find what works for you!

~Journaling can be helpful, you may bring a journal to class.
~Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
~Choose your level of contribution, any amount is appreciated ($10-15 Suggested).
