The Impact Ruck

The Impact Ruck is a fundraiser for Veterans Yoga Project and Feed Our Vets. Choose between a 1 Mile or 5K Ruck, each course is out and back. Registration is $30 per participant, in addition we are asking that each participant brings canned goods for donation. Canned goods can be used a weight in your rucksack but not required
