*** You will need a yoga mat or a blanket to sit on, a pillow/cushion to rest your head on, and a cosy, warm blanket (you might get cold when relaxing for an extended period of time).
**Please arrive on time so we can all walk together to a designated area.
*We are meeting in the car park at 6.55pm.
