Join us for A Gentle Evening — a warm, welcoming space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Guided by Jenny Tucker, you'll move through simple breathwork, gentle stretching, and calming meditation, all designed to help you come home to your body and quiet the mind.

This is your soft landing at the end of the day — a chance to nurture your nervous system, nourish your inner world, and be held in calm presence.
After our 45-minute session, we’ll gather for soul-warming soup and something sweet — a comforting close to a peaceful evening.
