Join us at The Cube Wodonga during NAIDOC Week with a community screening of the much-loved Australian musical comedy Bran Nue Dae.
Set in the summer of 1965, the film follows a young man from Broome who, after a rebellious act at a religious mission school, embarks on a heartfelt and humorous journey that ultimately leads him back home. Bursting with vibrant music, culture and spirit, Bran Nue Dae is a joyful celebration of identity and belonging.
Before the movie starts, meet up with family and friends for fun in the foyer including giant games, colouring-in and free popcorn, followed by a special projection by DDAC and Welcome to Country in the theatre.
