Harvest Highlights: A field to fork series

Harvest Highlights is a recurring educational event at Elgin Farmers' Market. Each session features:

- Quick lessons on prepping seasonal produce
- Simple, family-friendly recipes, with samples to taste
- Storage and preservation tips to reduce waste and save money

At every event, attendees receive a detailed info card to collect in their Field to Fork folder — growing your own seasonal kitchen guide all year long.

Our series starts with:
- Tomato & Cucumber - July 10th 5pm to 6pm
- Pepper & Basil - September 11th 5pm to 6pm
