Join us this July in the Supper Room space for the most luscious wind down journey that is Restorative Yoga. Nothing complicated, just you choosing some deep rest.
Some slow flowing movement brings us into our bodies along with a Shamanic body drumming before we go into gentle postures supported with bolsters and blankets. Guided meditation and breathwork along with soothing music and even poetry helps us to drop down and into our heart space. July brings us fully into the water element and our innermost time of the seasonal cycle here in the southern hemisphere.
Our bodies know its a natural time to turn inward and cultivate rest. Doors open at 3pm and CLOSE at 3.15pm so please arrive on time to get settled.
We finish our inner journey with some lovingly home made refreshments. ❤
The FIRST FIVE spaces will be at the early bird rate: $50 each. Then $55
