On The Run is teaming up once again with Untapped Exercise Physiology to bring you an action-packed 60-minute run technique session – full of practical tips you can put into action straight away!
📍 Venue: Mackay Aquatic & Recreation Complex (193 Boundary Rd, Ooralea)
🕟 Time: Sunday 13 July, 4:30pm
💵 Cost: $20 per person – cash only on the day
👟 Who’s it for? Everyone! From beginner runners to experienced athletes – all ages and abilities welcome.
What you’ll learn:
✅ Drills to build stability and strength (including core work)
✅ Stride length, cadence, and foot strike explained
✅ Tips for efficient running posture
✅ Breathing strategies to support performance
This is an active session – so come ready to move!
What to bring:
✔️ Water
✔️ Towel (you will work up a sweat!)
✔️ A smile – or borrow one from someone else!
✔️ A friend (optional – but you’ll make some anyway)
