Join us for a special performance by Urban Strings Columbus featuring music composed by Black artists in celebration of African American Music Appreciation Month. The Urban Strings Columbus performance will be followed by African folklore and storytelling by the internationally-renowned, Emmy Award-winning storyteller Bobby Norfolk. This performance is great for patrons of all ages!

About the Performers:
Urban Strings Columbus is a youth orchestra located in Columbus, OH. Our orchestra is comprised of young, talented musicians from Columbus city, charter, suburban, and private schools.

Bobby Norfolk is an internationally known story performer and teaching artist. Norfolk is a three-time Emmy Award winner, a multiple Parents' Choice Gold and Silver Award winner, and a National Storytelling Network Oracle Award recipient. He is one of the most popular and dynamic story-educators in America today!
