2025 Gisborne Pool Rescue Development Meet

The 2025 Gisborne Pool Rescue Development Meet is aimed to provide a Pool Rescue race practice opportunity in a 50m long, 2m deep pool prior to the major Pool Rescue competitions of the season.
Juniors aged u11 up to Masters are encouraged to come along and have a go as a practice event. Pool Rescue swimmers from all clubs are welcome and invited to attend.
All of the events offered at Eastern Region Pool Rescue will be offered, the event will also serve as a development opportunity for officials, event and water crew and will utilise touch pad timing.
Warm up starts 2:00pm
Racing starts 2:30pm
Entry Fee $15.00 per competitor (GST inclusive)
Clubs will be invoiced following the event, swimmer pool entry fee is included.
Participants will enter as per their 2025/26 Season age as calculated on 30 September 2025
Masters will participate as 30+ overall age group
This event will run using the SLSNZ Pool Rescue Competition Manual Pool Rescue Competition Manual
Mixed teams are 4 person teams consisting of 2 Male & 2 Female
Composite Teams can be made up on the day
