Term 3: 4-Week Relaxation Program

The aim of this 4-week Relaxation Program is to leave you feeling calm and refreshed after each session. Give yourself some time out to relax and recharge your body, mind and spirit. Yoga mats will be provided however feel free to bring your own if you like, along with a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle. This program will be held at our Studio in Kalkie. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
Sessions will be held from 1:30pm to approximately 2:30pm on the following dates:
- Friday, 22 August.
- Friday, 29 August.
- Friday, 5 September.
- Friday, 12 September.
