In my Hatha Yoga class, I use physical asanas (poses) to channel energy through the body, allowing each pose to become a moment of meditation. Each asana is held longer, promoting mindfulness and deeper connection with your inner self. I begin the class with breathwork and meditation and move into movement with the breath while finding still moments to connect within.
Start your weekend with movement and balance in a supportive environment. Suitable for all levels.
