Mount Baldy Open House

Hike to the summit of Mount Baldy on a self-guided tour, with rangers and volunteers sharing insights along the way. Call 219-395-1882 or check social media for possible summer cancellations due to construction. Since the dune is closed for general public use, this ranger-led tour is the only safe way for visitors to experience the beauty and spectacular views from the top of one of the tallest dunes in the national park.
