Join Audrey Paslow PT DPT NCS and Cailin Sanford, USDF Certified Level 1 Instructor for a one-day clinic focusing on your rider position, balance, and biomechanics.
In the morning, Audrey will offer an unmounted Franklin Method workshop which will cover training, exercises, and embodiments to help improve your breathing and position in the saddle.
Follow this up after the workshop with your horse for a longe line lesson. Apply the Franklin Method techniques you learned to improve your seat and ultimately, harmony with your horse.
You are welcome to either participate in just the morning's unmounted clinic ($50/participant) or the full day with your horse as well ($175/participant).
