Caring and Coping Cookeville

Caring & Coping Caregiver Workshops are designed by Alzheimer’s Tennessee to help the community better care for those with Alzheimer’s disease. Participants learn skills and strategies to cope with the challenges of caregiving for dementia. Sessions feature various keynote speakers who are nationally-renowned and/or local experts in the field.
Family and professional caregivers will find ongoing support and leave the workshop with the following:

A better understanding of dementia, how it progresses, and available treatments,
Care strategies proven to work for those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias,
Tips to help caregivers take better care of themselves.
