Hatch Chile Roast 2 day event!!!

Guess what time of the year it is?? We just got the infamous text so guess what July 27th & 28th we will be doing our annual hatch chile roast. Since this will be our last roast at this location we want to make it a huge event. Lots of great fruit coming in, salsa making swag gear and of course those delicious hatch chiles. We have 2 roasters and we want Waterloo Road to smell like that glorious smell of roasted hatch chiles. Get those pre-orders in now. Going to fill up the truck!!!
