Teens Reiki ~ Level One Workshop
Taught in 2 classes. Wed & Thurs. August 27 & 28
Reiki is an awesome self care tool, that can be used by everyone!
Reiki is complimentary, and helps with anxiety, hyperactivity, insomnia, behavioral issues, worrying and overthinking, anger, sadness, depression and much much more. Reiki works alongside of any and all therapies and beliefs.
Reiki assists in welcoming in peace and ease, comfort, relaxation, reflection, grace, mindfulness, regulation of the nervous system, overall wellness. There are endless possibilities with having Reiki by your side.
This class is based on the traditional Usui Principles, and has been designed and updated specifically for young adults around ages
12-17.
This workshop will be taught by Reiki Master Teacher, Shauna Pow.
Shauna is an associate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, and the Reiki certifications in Shauna's classes are officially accepted between lineages.
This class will take place in Medicine Hat AB
At Nirvana 101
August 27 & 28 10-1pm
The class fee is $195, a deposit of $100 is required to hold a spot in this class.
Class sizes are limited to 6 students
