We are proud to offer BEANS (Belong, Educate, Advocate, Navigate, Support), a facilitated peer mentorship program designed to help individuals with renal failure navigate their diagnosis, learn about key topics, and receive support to thrive with and beyond kidney disease.
While most meetings focus on general discussion and peer support, weβre excited to highlight these topic-focused sessions:
- March 18: Navigating Kidney Transplant
- June 17: Dialysis Treatment Choices
- August 18: Being Your Best Advocate
These free groups are open to kidney care patients and their family members. Sessions will be held at: Marathon County Public Library (300 North First Street, Wausau, WI 54403)
Location: Wausau Community Room (2nd Floor)
Registration is preferred but not required.
