Monthly Vital Sign Check

For Residents - In the Main Dining Room at The Canopy at Westridge.
In yet another effort to ensure that our residents continue to receive the best possible care at The Canopy at Westridge, we along with our preferred home health company, SunCrest Home health will be hosting a monthly vital sign checks on all residents. Residents DO NOT need to be on service with SunCrest; this is a courtesy screening as a part of our premium partnership between The Canopy at Westridge and SunCrest Home Health.
