You will be taught by a Master Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner with decades of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic healing.

• The Science Behind EFT: Discover how tapping helps regulate cortisol, soothe the stress response, and rewire emotional patterning at the subconscious level.
• The Complete EFT Tapping Sequence: Learn each tapping point used in EFT and gain a deep understanding of the associated meridian lines and their emotional links—from fear and shame to anger, sadness, and self-worth.
• Meridian Mastery: This workshop goes beyond basic tapping. You’ll explore how the body’s energy pathways store unprocessed emotion, and how to use EFT to release what no longer serves you.
• Identifying and Shifting Triggers: Learn how to safely bring awareness to emotional blocks and shift them with EFT—without needing to talk through every painful memory.
