SAVE THE DATE - Roswell Rivers Alive 2025

Rivers Alive, Georgia’s annual river cleanup, comes to Roswell on September 20tht This event is brought to you by Keep Roswell Beautiful (KRB) and the City of Roswell.
Georgia has more than 70,100 miles of rivers and streams that need your help to stay clean. Individuals, HOAs, scout troops, schools, churches, clubs and service organizations are being asked to pull together to make a difference for the Chattahoochee River and its tributaries.

Volunteers are needed to pick up litter along local roads and in the river (bring your own watercraft), remove privet (an invasive plant species), and mark storm drains in surrounding neighborhoods. Project sites may include Riverside Park, Waller Park, Dotsie Garner Mills Park, Don White Memorial Park, Seven Branches, and sections of Big Creek, Foe Killer Creek, and Hog Waller Creek. Coffee and beverages will be provided, and everyone who participates can get a free Rivers Alive T-shirt! (Ages 5 and up, please while supplies last.)

All volunteers must register and have the Rivers Alive volunteer waiver form completed and signed before arriving at the event.
Individuals, families, organizations, businesses, etc. are all welcome to participate!
