This full-day course provides the opportunity to earn your Ontario Recreational Canoeing and Kayaking Association (ORCKA) Level 3 certification under the guidance of experienced instructor Trevor White.
Designed for paddlers with intermediate skills, this course focuses on advanced tandem techniques, canoe control, and safety practices in a variety of water and weather conditions.
Level 3 provides an Introduction to the 5 Core Flatwater Skills: Pivots, Landings, Circles, Sideward Displacement, Forward and Reverse Straight Line plus Stopping.
Perfect for passionate paddlers looking to refine their technique!
A one-hour lunch break will be provided. Participants must bring their own lunch. Lunch is also available for purchase from the Silver Bean Cafe.
